Order Protection

VirtualMaqazin Order Protection is our guarantee to you that every transaction you make on VirtualMaqazin is completely secure. VirtualMaqazin Order Protection consists of 5 parts::
1. Privacy Protection
Pay securely online without worrying that your credit card details will be exposed.

2. Payment Protection
Your payment is only released to the seller after you confirm* satisfactory condition of your purchase. You can also track the progress of your delivery at anytime.

3. Delivery Protection
If you do not receive your purchase within the stated delivery time** (60 days maximum), a full refund will be offered. Full refunds are not available if your order did not arrive due to factors within your control, or exceptional circumstances outside the control of sellers and buyers: e.g. if you refuse customs clearance, or because of natural disasters.

4. Guaranteed Genuine
Certain types of products are guaranteed to be genuine by sellers participating in the VirtualMaqazin Guaranteed Genuine. If the products sold are found to be counterfeit, the seller will compensate the buyer by paying them up to two (2) times the total amount that the buyer paid for those products (shipping costs excluded). VirtualMaqazin will also fully refund the money paid by the buyer

5. Refund Protection
VirtualMaqazin has a comprehensive dispute process that protects you when you are unhappy with your transaction and get your refund.


**In exceptional circumstances outside the control of VirtualMaqazin, we reserve the right to ask you to wait longer than the stated delivery time for your purchase.

When am I protected by VirtualMaqazin Order Protection?
When the item you ordered did not arrive.
When the item you received was not as described.
When the item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

What transactions are eligible for VirtualMaqazin Order Protection?
All transactions on VirtualMaqazin adhere to our Transaction Services Agreement.
Every payment made on VirtualMaqazin is covered by Order Protection.

More payment options will be available on VirtualMaqazin in the future. Any payment made that bypasses VirtualMaqazin is not protected by VirtualMaqazin. If a seller asks you to make a payment that bypasses VirtualMaqazin, report them to us immediately.
